"I wanted to say thank you for your help in finding a direct replacement parts.  We installed a Lenze gear reducer the other day that we ordered from you.  The customer told me that their machine went down in December.  They went to a different motor shop that was closer and they told them to buy a new machine.  They then came to us and were very pleased that together we could fix their machine instead of buying a new one.
